Agreement
By using Tapid, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Tapid provides a rewards and local discovery platform connecting users with local businesses. We facilitate reward earning via bank transaction matching and reward redemptions. Services are provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.
Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Tapid. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
Bank linking
Bank linking is provided through regulated partners authorised to connect to your bank. By linking your account, you authorise us to access transaction data for the purpose of matching purchases to participating businesses and awarding rewards. You may unlink at any time.
Rewards
Rewards are offered by participating businesses and subject to their terms. Tapid does not guarantee rewards. We are not responsible for business decisions regarding earn rates or redemptions.
Limitation of liability
Tapid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Tapid after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes.
