Get Tapid
Open the web app in your browser, or download Tapid for iPhone or Android. Tapid is free — no subscription, no card to carry.

Create your account
Sign up with your email in under a minute. If you already have an account, sign in and pick up where you left off.

Link your bank once
Connect through regulated open banking. Tapid uses your transaction data to count visits — nothing to scan at the till.

Visit your locals
Coffee, pints, dinner. Pay as you normally would at participating spots in Dublin and London. Visits add up in the background.

Claim your rewards
When you hit a visit tier, the reward unlocks in the app. Free coffee, a pint on the house — whatever the business has set.

Common questions
How long does setup take?
Most people are done in about five minutes: download or open Tapid, create an account, and link your bank once.
Do I have to link my bank straight away?
You can explore the app first, but linking your bank is what lets Tapid count visits automatically. You can skip during onboarding and connect later from your wallet.
Is Tapid free?
Yes. Tapid is completely free for customers. There is no subscription and no fee to earn or redeem rewards.
Which cards and banks work?
Tapid works with major Irish and European banks through regulated open banking. Pay with the card linked to your connected account as you normally would.
Do I need to scan anything at the counter?
No. Pay as usual. Tapid recognises visits from your card spend — no QR codes, no stamp cards, no awkward moments at the till.
